MENU Magazine is a publication that contains and is inspired by my dissertation looking at the importance of menu design within a brand.
The overall layout of the magazine is based on the structure of my dissertation, initially looking at Fast Food and the importance of identity, progressing onto looking at the casual dining sector and how an identity changes to accommodate different brands, to finally looking at the high end dining sector and the difficulties of menu design.
Throughout this project, I took on the role of the editor, author and publisher. By participating in all three of these roles, I could think about how each of these elements need to be realised to support one another.
